Questionmark Supports Moodle Course Management Integration LONDON -- June 15, 2010 -- A connector integrating the Questionmark™ Perception™ system and the popular Moodle 1.9 open source course management is now available from assessment technologies and services provider Questionmark. The connector, which is fully supported by Questionmark, resulted from collaboration between Questionmark and its customers through the company's Open Assessment Platform™ initiative for developers working on collaborative projects. An open source Community Edition of the Connector is available on Questionmark’s developer Web site, where developers can access Questionmark toolsets and example code in order to shape future editions of the Connector. Moodle is a course management system designed to help educators who want to create quality online courses. The software is used all over the world by universities, schools, companies and independent teachers. Moodle is open source and completely free to use. Students authenticated in Moodle can link directly to Perception assessments, which are automatically scored. The Connector then passes test results back for reporting via Moodle’s Grade Report. Students may also review results via Perception’s Coaching Report, which provides a detailed view of results to identify knowledge gaps and guide remediation. Institutions have the option of using the Questionmark Secure add-on for delivering high-stakes exams. About Questionmark The Questionmark Perception assessment management system, available as a licensed, hosted or subscription-based solution, enables organizations to create, administer and report on surveys, quizzes, tests and exams. Complete details are available at www.questionmark.com. The Questionmark blog at http://blog.questionmark.com provides assessment-related news, interviews insights and best practices.
