Use HTML, Graphics and Multimedia in Questions and Assessments
Authoring Manager’s makes it easy to use and edit HTML in your questions and assessments. It also allows you to work in various views in order to add material including text, hyperlinks, picture files, video files, sound files, content items or equations, and also use spell-checking. If you prefer, you can enter material already marked up in HTML and preview the material to see how it will be presented to a participant.
Security for Collaborative, Multi-author environments
Authors and administrators are assigned specific access rights that enable multiple authors to collaborate in a controlled, secure environment. Administrators can define profiles for certain "roles" within the organization that delineate authoring and administrative rights. In addition, it is possible to limit authors’ access to specific topics or assessment folders. It is also possible to limit authoring and administrative access to questions based on where they are in a defined workflow. Administrators can define multiple levels of access for multi-author environments. |
