Questionmark Perception is a flexible but very powerful application that can be used to meet a variety of business needs. During the over 10 years that Progressive has used Perception, our processes have evolved and we’ve started to use Questionmark in new and exciting ways.
Come hear how Progressive’s IT University has built measurement and evaluation into many of their work processes and how they’ve leveraged Perception in unique ways to answer business questions.
Some of these include:
- Completing a needs analysis for instructional design projects and other business initiatives
- Validating the audience for training initiatives
- Obtaining baseline information for future measurement
- Delivering a video and collecting feedback on a new approach
- Obtaining timing information on e-learning courses
- Collecting feedback from pilot participants
